How to Apply Rapé to Yourself
You will need: a Kuripe applicator, Rapé, a bucket, tissues, and possibly water.
This guide is intended for beginners, so we will not use anything too strong.
I follow the school of Dona Francisca, who teaches that every medicine should be started gently and with love.
For beginners, use Rapé with a lower tobacco content and less ash, as ash causes a burning sensation in the nose. From our offerings, we recommend Rapé Katsarau or Tsunu Yawanawa.
Set your intention: grounding, calming, cleansing, or self-healing are good focuses. Keep this intention in mind throughout the process.
Pour a small amount of Rapé into your palm. Use the "pea method": a pea-sized pile is large, half a pea is medium, and a quarter pea is small. Start with a small amount.
Crush the pile to a fine powder, avoiding clumps. Fill half of it into the longer end of the Kuripe, tapping it down. Spread any leftover Rapé on your body.
Insert the shorter end of the Kuripe into your mouth and blow. Use a "golf swing" method: start gently, build intensity, and finish with a strong burst. Repeat for the other nostril to maintain balance.
Thank the medicine and observe its effects while focusing on your intention. Spit out any saliva it produces and wait a moment before blowing your nose.
Drink water beforehand if needed, but note that stronger blows might cause vomiting.
Receive with love, gratitude, and present-minded awareness.

Fresh Batch of Sananga – March 2025
I have just brought a wide selection of Sananga from Brazil.
To make your choice easier, here’s a brief introduction.
I categorize Sananga into masculine and feminine types. This does not mean that the feminine Sananga is only for women, but rather that it has a gentler spectrum. You will always find light, medium, and força versions, but unlike my own, the indigenous light is not necessarily for beginners. It is a Sananga suitable for daily, comfortable use without an intense process.
Unfortunately, the popular Yawanawa Sananga will arrive later, possibly in May, as it spoiled during transport. Instead, we now have Varinawa Sananga made from leaves—a very special Sananga brewed from leaves.
So, in this batch, you will find Sananga made from the root of both shrubs and trees, as well as from stems and leaves.
Everything is of the highest quality for your satisfaction.
If Sananga loses its potency within six months or spoils, feel free to contact us for a replacement. All Sanangas are carefully prepared and should have a long shelf life. However, this medicine is sensitive to many factors and has a life of its own.
Feminine Sananga
Light: Varinawa – Leaves (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 3 minutes)
Medium: Nukini Medium (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 5 minutes)
Força: Satanawa (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 7 minutes)
Masculine Sananga
Light: Varinawa – Stem (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 7 minutes)
Medium: Huni Kuin (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 10 minutes)
Força: Nukini (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 13 minutes)
Força X: Nukini (Spiciness from 100 to 0 in about 17 minutes)
Feminine Sananga:
Varinawa Leaves (light)
For the first time in the Czech Republic, we have the opportunity to experience a very unique Sananga that was previously only available in the Amazon. Traditionally, the milk from a freshly picked leaf is applied directly to the eye. I have learned that the leaves can also be brewed, allowing you to experience this special Sananga here as well. It brings deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Sananga Nukini (medium)
A medium-intensity Sananga, one step stronger than Yawanawa. A very pleasant, feminine Sananga prepared for us by Nisi Ma. A different quality of intensity compared to Yawanawa Sananga, it works for about 5 minutes before transitioning into a very mild burning sensation. It brings calmness and a sense of inner warmth.
Sananga Satanawa (força)
This is truly a gem among Sanangas. Prepared in the village of Satanawa by the family of the legendary pajé Reka. This Sananga is very strong, with feminine energy, just slightly milder than our strongest Sananga (Nukini força). Its powerful process brings significant calming effects, and if applied in the morning, you may feel inner warmth for a longer time. Deeply purifying and softening. Burning intensity lasts up to 7 minutes and may bring visions.
Masculine Sananga:
Sananga Varinawa (light)
Prepared for us by Tapu in the village of Varinawa. "Vari" means sun, and this Sananga carries solar energy. A very pleasant Sananga with masculine energy, suitable for daily use, bringing calmness and inner warmth. Intensity lasts about 7 minutes.
Huni Kuin (medium)
Medium Masculine Sananga
This Sananga is prepared using a cold-pressed method by extracting juice from the root of a small shrub. The process involves squeezing it through cloth or pounding it in a mortar. It is then briefly boiled to ensure a longer shelf life without refrigeration.
It has a sharper onset than Nukini Força X but a shorter burning duration (100 to 0 in about 10 minutes). It is ideal for those who prefer an intense yet shorter process with the medicine.
This Sananga brings deep relaxation, a profound sense of emptiness, gentle tranquility, and a clear vision.
Prepared by pajé Naxima – Huni Kuin – Santa Rosa do Purus, Brazil.
Nukini força
This is our favorite among masculine Sanangas. While most Sanangas use the root or stem of the plant, this one is made from a tree with a massive root. It was boiled for 4 hours compared to the usual 1-2 hours. Shelf life is up to 3 years without refrigeration. It has a very unique honey color. This Sananga is very strong, providing deep cleansing and calmness, and may also bring visions. Suitable for daily use for advanced users or for occasional emotional cleansing. Sananga was prepared by a conjugal couple from the Nukini tribe. Intensity lasts 13 minutes.
Nukini Força X
The strongest Sananga in my fresh batch is Nukini Força X. It has a beautiful golden color and a wonderful aroma.
This Sananga is made from a ten-year-old tree, which gives it a different color than the younger Nukini Força. It is boiled for four hours during the waxing moon phase to enhance its potency, and its shelf life is up to four years.
In my opinion, this is a true gem in the world of Sananga—something you won’t come across often.
Its spiciness lasts 17 minutes (100 to 0) with closed eyes and up to 25 minutes with open eyes.
In the Nukini language, Sananga is called Rawveru.
This Sananga brings deep relaxation, mental clarity, a pleasant inner warmth, and a sharp vision.
